Novalis Science Park (Belgium)

Located in Marche-en-Famenne, Novalis is the first science park created in the province of Luxembourg. Along the N4 (Arlon – Namur), just beside the Aye Business Park, Novalis Science Park offers 10 hectares totally dedicated to sciences. In 2013, this new science park will host at his heart an impressive 6,000 m² business center doped by the presence of the CER Groupe.

Novalis science park is actively looking for investors active in the following sectors :

•  Life Sciences and derived fields of medicine (human, veterinary, pharmaceutical…)

•  Information and Communication Technologies

•  Environement and Energy Techniques

 The resources set up in Novalis – both in the park and in the business center – are clearly oriented towards stimulation and valorization of scientific research in order to feed the development of innovative activities. IDELUX has particularly taken the quality of life in Novalis into consideration, while ideally integrating the infrastructures in the surrounding natural environment of the park.
